Currently, we only offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock orders typically ship the next business day. In rare cases, there may be a slight shipping delay, resulting in your order not receiving it within 14 business days. Please feel free to contact us at lkkfdc@Outlook.com.

Restocking Fee
Order Cancellation: If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package and a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for the e-bike.
A return shipping fee of $150 is also the customer’s responsibility. lkkfdc will provide the return shipping label, and the return package will be collected by the designated carrier.
Defective items returned within 15 days of receipt are free of restocking fees. Please notify our customer service team as soon as possible.

However, if you have not received your item, the shipping order will show as signed for. In this case, please contact us within 3 business days.
Otherwise, we will no longer process the issue after 3 business days, and customers will need to contact the shipping company to resolve the issue.
